Customers on a WILL CALL for delivery status, as opposed to AUTOMATIC delivery, are asked to provide a minimum of three (3) business days advance notice of their requirement.


Delivery requests are added to the delivery pool and our computerized route optimization software will add the customer location to the drivers route. 


The Delivery can then take place any time during the next three (3) work days.  Deliveries are made on a best effort basis, on the rare occasion, due to bad weather, equipment failures, etc. it may take more than 3 days to complete the delivery request. Please allow ample time for the delivery to be completed.


Minimum required delivery is 500 litres, otherwise an additional "small delivery charge" will be levied.
